3. Consultations and Care Plans

• Initial consultations are free of charge and aim to assess your needs and create a customized care plan.

• Care plans, schedules, and pricing will be outlined in a written agreement before services commence.

4. Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payments for services are due as outlined in the written care agreement.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Please reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 25% service fee as specified in the agreement.

• If services are cancelled by Sea You At Home, a full refund will be given to the client within 10 days of the cancellation. 

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Sea You At Home is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal or medical information shared during consultations or care services will be kept confidential and used solely for providing the agreed-upon services.

6. Limitations of Liability

• While every effort is made to provide safe and competent care, Sea You At Home cannot be held liable for any unforeseen complications, injuries, or outcomes outside of our control.

• It is the responsibility of the client to disclose all relevant medical information to ensure proper care is provided.
